Salvation is the most important part, but there’s so much more! Jesus declared, “I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly” (John 10:10). The Christian life is exciting and comes with the responsibility to live a life of servanthood. This requires you to CONNECT to the local congregation, COMMIT to God and His Church, and CARE for others.
Our Church gives many opportunities to grow and learn together! Bible Study on Wednesday, Sunday School, and Connect Groups are all great ways to study God’s Word, develop Christian character, and discover God’s purpose for your life.
We believe everyone who is saved should be baptized. During the baptism service, you’ll be asked to publicly proclaim your faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior. You’ll then be submersed completely under water to represent the death of personal sin and raised to new life in Christ! We schedule baptisms regularly, and you should contact Pastor Travis if you’d like to be baptized.
Church membership is open to anyone who accepts Jesus Christ as their savior, is committed to the Bible and the Church’s Declaration of Faith, and is supportive of the local Church community. Membership affords you the opportunity to meaningfully serve and to support the Church in its governance. Church membership is Biblical, as it supports personal accountability to a life lived for Christ.
